This incident caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and were later released.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault near the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The assault - which authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
